It is important for everyone in the industry to regularly revisit the book “Silent Selling”, as it serves as a foundational text for all elements of visual merchandising.
I remember the first time I read it while surrounded by a stack of visual merchandising books that my first employer gave me upon my hiring, despite having attended several seminars. Now, I find myself questioning whether there is indeed a more insightful title out there.
